1. Who These Terms Cover
These terms govern your use of bizzhike.com and any services you purchase from Bizzhike Media. By using this site or signing up for our services, you agree to them.
2. Services
Bizzhike Media provides AI receptionist services ("Amy") and digital marketing services (paid advertising management, landing pages, and follow-up automation) for home service businesses. Specific scope, pricing, and start dates are confirmed in writing when you sign up.
3. Billing & Cancellation
The AI receptionist service is billed monthly at a flat rate with no setup fee and no long-term contract. You may cancel anytime, effective at the end of the current billing period. Where a performance guarantee applies (e.g., "first booked estimate in 30 days or you don't pay"), its terms are stated at signup and honored as written.
4. Your Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate business information for configuring the service, to hold any required licenses for your trade, and to comply with applicable laws regarding call handling and recording in your state. Ad spend for advertising campaigns is paid by you directly to the ad platforms unless agreed otherwise.
5. AI Disclosure
Amy is an AI system. While it is designed to handle calls accurately, AI output can contain errors. We recommend reviewing call recordings and summaries, which are made available to you. We are not liable for business decisions made solely on AI-generated summaries.
6. No Guarantee of Business Outcomes
Except for guarantees expressly stated at signup, we do not guarantee specific revenue, lead volume, or business results. Marketing performance depends on factors outside our control, including your market, pricing, and follow-through on booked estimates.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bizzhike Media's total liability arising from the services is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
